“The beauty of handmade lies in the imperfections” Borne out of love for Indian handloom techniques ‘Hasraté Sassy’ was launched in the year 2017 by designer Daya Bansal. Born and brought up in Delhi, Daya’s persona was always marked by a creative streak. Decorating house, painting, cooking and pursuing other artistic hobbies, when she got married to Rishu Agarwal, an industrialist. After thirteen years of marriage, Daya decided to push over her love for designs and enrolled herself to Pearl Academy, Delhi. After successfully attaining her knowledge in the field of designing, Daya saw the birth of Meesa couture. The brand was conceived with a passion for playing with unusual fabrics, texturing and detailing. Daya’s creations evoke images of different parts of India. She describes her own creations as an ‘international styling with an Indian soul’. Meesa couture  is a Niche luxury – Pret-a-Couture brand specializing in unconventional textures and hand embroideries. The brand  translate the appeal of the women of the 20th century, who are working to make for their living while keeping their roots and culture intact.
